Chitwan National Park:

Jungle Safari in NepalNepal's first National Park is situated 162 km south of Kathmandu in the lowlands of the inner Terai. It covers an area of 937 sq. km. The park includes hillyareas covered by deciduous Sal forest. One fifth of the park is made up of the floodplains of Narayani, Rapti, and is covered by dense tall elephant grass interspersed with rive rine forests of silk cotton, acacia and sisam trees. This ecologically diverse area is a heaven of a wild variety of flora fauna.

This is the last remaining home in Nepal for the Asian One-horned Rhino, Royal Bengal Tiger leopard, verities of deer, sloth bear, Rhesus monkey, Wild boar, Jackals, civets, mongooses, cats and snakes. The rivers and lakes are home to Crocodiles and the Extraordinary Gangetic dolphins. Chitwan is also a Bird-watcher's delight with more than four hundred migrant and local species birds recorded. There are Cormorants, Herons, Egrets, Storks, Cranes, Ducks, Woodpeckers, Hawks, Osprey, Falcons, Kestrel, Parakeets, Ibis, Kites, Ckoos, Kingfishers, Swallows, Orioles, Drongos, Babblers and many others.

How to get Chitwan National Parks?
You can reach taking tourist bus or private car to chitwan national park from Pokhara or Kathmandu, bus form other part of Nepal to Sauraha chowk and fly to Bharatpur form Kathmandu. You will see our hotel guide and they escort to the Hotel

By land : depart form Kathmandu or Pokhara early in the morning for a 5 hour drive via Mugling and the Narayanghat Highway. Reach resort in the time for lunch.

Jungle Activities in Chitwan

Jungle walks: You get best animal sightings on foot at your own pace. You will be able to appreciate the smaller attractions of the jungle with our naturalists . usually it is easy to see animals like Rhino, Deer and sloth bear. As animal prefer to live in less disturbed areas of the park , long day walks has access to get into wide areas of the park . 2. Elephant ride:- Elephant is the safest and most convenient way to get around in the jungle and observe the wild life.

Canoe Trip: A float down to river by dugout canoe is the best way to see crocodiles basking at the riverbank. It is also a relaxing way to watch birds and wildlife species that frequently come to drink water and bath.

Jeep Drive: A jeep drive is the fastest way to visit wide area of the park. A whole about 4 hour's drive 45 km in the park passing all types of vegetation and wildlife habitats, so chances of seeing big games are high .

Bird watching: Royal Chitwan national park is known as a paradise for birds and birdwatcher . chitwan valley records over 450 species of birds. The eagle eyes of our naturalist will point out some of the migratory and globally threatened birds.

Tharu village walks: Tharus are the tribes of chitwan. They ward off wild animals from flimsy watchtowers called Machan . Tharu houses are made of mud and dung plastered over wood and reed frames .Their traditional culture is still strong in Terai . our naturalist will take you to their village and describe their lifestyle and culture.

Culture Dance: Chitwan is the region where many ethnic groups are met and their own culture and customs are still alive. Folk musical tradition vary among Nepal's many ethnic groups. We will show you different type of dance what is make you real venture of travel.

Bardia National Park



Bardia National ParkIt is situated in the mid far western Terai on the eastern banks of the karnali river with an area of 968 sq. kms . The parks is the largest and most undisturbed wilderness area in the Terai which is extends from the Churia hills southwards to gentle slopes of the "Bhabhar". It is thickly forested by sal trees , grass lands, savannah and many more forest. Animal like the Rhinoceros , wild elephant , tiger , swamp deer, black duck, gharial crocodile and gigantic dolphin , Bengal florican , Lesser florican , silvered mesia sarus cranes are some of the endangered birds found in the park . More then 200 species of resident and migratory birds are found thriving in the wilderness of the Park .There possible to make short trip or long trip we offers package programs for our clients. How to get Bardia National park ?
By Air: If you choose to fly, there is a daily flight from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj, which is the nearest airport from the Royal Bardia National Park .After flying for about an hour from Kathmandu, you will be received by our naturalist at the Nepalgunj Airport. From the airport than drive Jeep to our Hotel /Lodge.

By Road : You can reserve a private transport and reach till the hotel or alternatively take overnight or day buses plying on the route of Dhangadi, Mahendranagar or Karnali. Drop at Ambassa ( the gate way of Royal Bardia National Park), which takes 16 hrs. from Kathmandu, 12hrs. from Pokhara 9 hrs from Chitwan

Crocodile Breeding Center: A Fascinating visit to the crocodile Breeding Center.

Jeep Drive:

Rafting at Karnali River:

Village Tour:
The jungle scenery, birds and animals alone do not make up the unique features of Royal Bardia National Park. The indigenous local people, the Tharus, are also of immense interest. A professional guide/expert naturalist will accompany you through the area and help you gather insights into the Tharu way of life.

Elephant Safari:
An excellent opportunity to see Asian Elephant, Great One Horned Rhinoceros, Spotted Deer or Chital, Hog Deer, Barking Deer, Samber, Swamp Deer or Barasinghe, Nilgai or Blue Bull, Black Buck, Wild Boar, Royal Bengal Tiger, Leopard, Wild Dog, Golden Jackal, Striped Hyena. You will also encounter many other smaller mammals that have made Royal Bardia National Park their home.
